Fees & Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Aetna and California Optum Partners including Oscar, Oxford Health Plans and UnitedHealthcare. The rates that you will pay are dictated by your insurance carrier and the specifics of your plan and circumstance. Please see the drop-down menu below for a comprehensive list of insurances that I accept:

For those with insurance coverage that is not listed, a portion of my fee may be covered by your out-of-network benefits. To clarify and inquire – reach out to your insurance provider and ask about out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy. In these cases, clients would pay full-fee at the time of service, and I would provide “superbill” invoices for submission to insurance companies for reimbursement.

Out-of-Pocket Fees

My out-of-pocket rate for services is $185/session for individuals and $225/session for couples.

That said, the fee for therapy is something that may be able to be individually agree upon on with each client.

I seek to earn a living wage while committing to offer my services to a wide range of individuals. I ask that clients consider a weekly fee that is possible for them on a continued basis, while also considering the meaningful amount of work that is being engaged with. For those whose circumstances positively impact their social and economic standing, I ask that you please consider these factors before negotiating a reduced rate. Charging a full rate to those that can afford it allows me to also meet with other clients who are more impacted by myriad structural forces at rates that more accurately meet their needs.
